Why CAD-Software
Six reasons to own your licence
Thirty-one years of licence transfers, documented end to end.
Certified and legally compliant
Officially certified European reseller. Every transfer follows the EU exhaustion principle confirmed by the CJEU in UsedSoft v Oracle (2012).
Perpetual, not rented
You own the licence outright. No subscription, no forced upgrades, no access cut off the day you stop paying.
31 years, 30,000+ transfers
Trading since 1995. More than 30,000 licence transfers completed for over 10,000 customers across Europe.
Fast, documented transfers
Average transfer time is 12 hours on workdays. Every transfer is 100% documented for audits and for later resale.
Human advice, not a call centre
You talk to people who understand CAD, CAM and BIM software — not a script, and no queue.
New and 2ndhand, one place
Autodesk, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes and more — new or verified 2ndhand, all from one certified reseller.
Documented origin
Every licence arrives with its paperwork
Transferred under publisher terms. Previous owner ceases use. Documented end to end, so it stands up to an audit.
The process
Every licence arrives documented
The same four steps every time.
Choose your licence
Pick the product, version and licence type. Ask us if you are unsure which version you need.

We transfer it

Activate and work
Register the licence in your own name, install, and keep the documentation for your records.

FAQ
A few common questions
Is a perpetual licence bought this way legally valid?
Yes. The Court of Justice of the European Union ruled in UsedSoft v Oracle (C-128/11, 2012) that software licences may be resold within the EU once first sold by the rights holder.
What's the difference between a perpetual licence and a subscription?
A perpetual licence is paid once and is yours to keep and use indefinitely on that version. A subscription is a recurring payment, and access ends the day you stop paying.
How long does a licence transfer take?
Our average transfer time is 12 hours on workdays, with every step documented.
Can I still buy a new perpetual licence from the manufacturer?
For most products, no. Autodesk ended perpetual sales for individual products in February 2016 and for its Suites in 2021. Buying an existing licence is the only route to owning one outright.
Do I get an invoice and documentation?
Yes. You receive a proper invoice and the full transfer documentation. All prices are net — this is a B2B shop.
